       Fluidized Plate: An Innovative Chapter in Fluidized Blowing Devices
       Constructed from approximately 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, its circular surface is ingeniously designed with elongated slits arranged in a unique cross pattern. These cross-shaped slits intersect perpendicularly along the central axis, with each slit meticulously engineered. The slit gap is maintained at 0.5mm, with a length of about 20mm and a spacing of 10mm, ensuring that compressed air is concentrated at the center of the fluidized blowing process. Notably, the lower edge of each slit is chamfered at a 1×45° angle, a subtle modification that significantly enhances the suspension and fluidization of pulverized coal.

       This innovation not only facilitates smoother coal powder flow in fluidized blowing devices but also greatly stabilizes the blowing process, significantly improving operational efficiency. This technological advancement is suitable not only for newly constructed blowing systems but also provides robust support for the retrofitting of existing systems.

        Meanwhile, the manufacturing material of the fluidized plate is equally ingenious. It utilizes multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as the base material, processed through specialized techniques such as lamination, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering to forge a novel type of fluidized plate. This material not only inherits the advantages of simple pore structure and uniform mesh size of metal wire mesh but also demonstrates significant improvements in strength, integrity, and stability of mesh shape.

       This fluidized plate excels in various fields, such as purification filtration, separation and recovery of solid particles, heat dissipation in extreme high-temperature environments, and airflow distribution control. Its distinct features include a fixed and stable mesh shape, uniform pore size without blind holes, strong flow capacity, excellent permeability, and minimal resistance loss. The smooth and simple pore channels facilitate backwashing and regeneration, extending the service life of the fluidized plate. Additionally, its wide range of material options, superior high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal shock performance enable stable operation in various harsh environments.
       As for our unique pagoda-style fluidized disk, it is a gem in the pneumatic conveying systems of power plants. This specialized fluidized plate for silo pumps adopts a pagoda-shaped design, connecting closely with the feed and air inlets on the pump body via the pagoda-style fluidized disk. The disk consists of sequentially arranged plates from top to bottom. Through this pagoda design, compressed air drives the fluidized material outward for conveyance. While supplementing air, the conical annular airflow performs dual cutting and fluidization of the material, achieving deeper fluidization and acceleration within the pipeline, thereby successfully enabling long-distance material transport.
